Cancer Coaching & Mentorship

I didn't know what I didn't know until it was me in the infusion chair, on the cold, hard radiation table, and grappling with the many impacts brought on by my cancer diagnosis. Even as a certified oncology nurse, my experience as a patient proved the statement: "Experience trumps education every time!"

Now a Cancer Survivor, I am committed to assisting my clients living with cancer with understanding their disease and treatment options, navigating the complexities of the healthcare system and other resources, and supporting their emotional/physical/psychosocial and spiritual journeys as they face their disease head-on.

  • Healthcare Navigation: Assist clients with planning, appointment scheduling, finding local support groups, financial assistance programs, and specialized healthcare providers.

Emotional and Mental Health Support

  • Emotional Coping Strategies: Offer strategies and tools to help clients process emotions like fear, anxiety, anger, and sadness.

  • Mental Resilience Building: Help clients cultivate a positive mindset, strengthen resilience, and build mental coping skills to manage the emotional impact of cancer diagnosis and treatment.

  • Grief and Acceptance Support: Assist clients in working through complex feelings of grief, loss, and change, helping them move toward acceptance and hope.
