As a Certified Coach and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team, I leverage a wealth of proven, impactful resources to facilitate mastermind sessions, team-building activities, training programs, and workshops. Whether working with individuals or teams, my goal is to deliver meaningful and highly effective experiences that drive growth and success.

Education & Training
I design and deliver tailored training programs for healthcare leaders and staff, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge on critical topics such as patient rights and safety, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, leadership development, and strategies to address resilience and prevent burnout. My programs are thoughtfully crafted to empower teams, enhance performance, and foster a culture of excellence in healthcare.
